The r-PVC idler adopts modified polyvinyl chloride (r-PVC) as the material for its roller body, with the molecular weight of the pipe body reaching 300,000 g/mol or above.
Features and Benefits
Ultra-Long Service Life with Lower Operation and Maintenance Costs. The modified PVC material boasts outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. In humid, dusty and corrosive environments, its service life is over three times that of traditional metal idlers, which significantly reduces the frequency of equipment replacement and operation and maintenance expenditure.
Integrated Safety and Environmental Friendliness for Harsh Working Conditions. Endowed with inherent flame-retardant and anti-static properties, the product operates without sparks or high-temperature hazards. It has passed coal mine safety certification, making it ideal for explosion-proof scenarios such as coal mines. Moreover, its components are recyclable and reusable upon disposal, fully aligning with the concept of green development.
Outstanding Energy-Saving and Noise Reduction for Enhanced Operational Experience. With a moment of inertia merely half that of metal idlers, it features low running resistance and reduced energy consumption.
