    • The main body of this idler adopts a steel idler as the basic structure, with SBR rubber rings mounted on its surface to optimize contact protection performance. Its two ends are fixed and formed by the pressure ring welding process; the weld joints are uniform and firmly connected, which ensures the overall structural stability and load-bearing reliability of the idler and makes it suitable for the mechanical requirements of various conveying scenarios.
