The main body of this idler is constructed on the basis of a steel idler, with SBR acute-angle rubber rings mounted on its surface. Leveraging the structural characteristics of the acute angles, these rubber rings can efficiently scrape off the dirt and impurities adhering to the middle part of the conveyor belt. Meanwhile, they are capable of real-time correction of the conveyor belt's running track, effectively preventing the occurrence of belt deviation and ensuring the stable and continuous operation of the conveying system.
