    • This idler features a T4003 low-carbon ferritic stainless steel tube body. Leveraging the material’s inherent superior properties and precision manufacturing processes, it delivers outstanding oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, making it ideally suited for harsh operating environments such as coal mine shafts with highly corrosive groundwater and port terminals characterized by high salt spray and high humidity. It provides reliable support for the efficient and long-term operation of belt conveyors.

      T4003 stainless steel is a cost-effective, corrosion-resistant steel grade. Its low-carbon composition (carbon content ≤ 0.030%) effectively reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion. Combined with a chromium content of 11.0% to 13.0%, it imparts outstanding corrosion resistance, enabling the idler tube to withstand aggressive corrosive environments such as groundwater and industrial salt spray, while also ensuring adequate structural strength and toughness to meet the mechanical demands of heavy-load conveying applications. In addition, this material exhibits excellent weldability and cold-formability, resulting in strong, stable welds and high forming accuracy during fabrication, making it suitable for installation on conveyor systems with various belt widths.

      In underground coal mines, this idler roller can withstand prolonged immersion in groundwater and abrasive wear from coal dust, effectively preventing corrosion and perforation of the roller body; in port bulk cargo handling systems, it can resist erosion from sea breeze and salt spray.
