    • The roller body of this idler is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a molecular weight of over 4.5 million.       

      Features and Benefits 

      Long Service Life, Boasts a service life over 5 times longer than that of steel idlers.

      Belt Protection, The polymer roller surface is smooth, non-magnetic and free from adhesion of iron powder, dust and other viscous substances. Featuring ultra-low friction coefficient with the conveyor belt and excellent self-lubricating property, it effectively protects the belt and extends its service life.

      Lightweight & Energy-efficient, The overall weight of the non-metallic idler is merely one-third that of a steel idler and one-fifth that of a ceramic idler, yielding excellent energy-saving results. With exceptional toughness, the material of the idler can effectively absorb vibrations, protect bearings and extend service life.

      Low Noise & Multiple Resistance Performance, It features low noise, generating only half the noise of steel idlers, which effectively improves the working environment. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical corrosive media, and also has flame-retardant and anti-static properties.
